Information and Data on your screen captured by GoalfyAI Learning when you create an Experience Object; 2. Information and Data that you provide in the input to our Services, including your prompts when using GoalfyAI Max.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and improve our Services.

How Third Party Providers Use Your Information and Data
Categories of Third Party Providers. Our Third Party Providers include cloud service providers like AWS and API providers like Gemini, OpenAI, Kimi, ZhipuAI, Qwen, and Claude.
How Third Party Providers Use Your Information and Data. None of the Third Party Providers actively uses Information and Data. They only store certain information necessary for us to provider Services.
We will make commercially reasonable effort to make sure that Third Party Providers' use of your Information and Data follows this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible or liable for any misuse by Third Party Providers or any claims arose out of Third Party Providers' use of Information and Data.
Disclosure of Information and Data
We do not sell or rent user Information or Data.
We may share Information or Data in the following cases:
Service Providers: With trusted partners (e.g., hosting, payment, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements and only in the course of performing their duties to us.

In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service, or third-party websites.
International Data Transfers
Your Information and Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country.
We take appropriate measures to ensure your data receives adequate protection consistent with applicable privacy laws.
Children
Our Services are not directed to, or intended for, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Information or Data from children under 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided Information or Data to GoalfyAI through the Services, please email us at support@goalfyai.com. We will investigate any notification and, if appropriate, delete the Information or Data from our systems. Users under 18 must have permission from their parent or guardian to use our Services.

Verification. If you do not have an account with us, or if we suspect fraudulent or malicious activity, we may ask you to provide additional Information and Data for verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to honor your request.
